Why do you publish your prices?
Because we think you deserve to know what you’re getting into before a salesperson walks through your door. Published pricing sets honest expectations and eliminates the pressure-close environment that plagues the remodeling industry.
Will my quote match the published tier prices?
In most cases, yes. The tiers are based on standard scope and square footage. If your project has unique conditions — non-standard plumbing locations, unusual dimensions, structural issues — we’ll discuss those specifically during your free estimate. No surprises.
What’s NOT included in the price?
Our pricing covers the core installation scope. Permit fees (where required), structural modifications beyond standard bathroom framing, plumbing rerouting beyond standard hookups, and electrical work outside the bathroom scope are discussed and quoted separately if applicable — always upfront, never after the fact.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most tub-to-shower conversions and tub replacements are completed in 1–3 days. Full remodel scope depends on complexity. We give you a realistic timeline during your estimate and we stick to it.
Do you offer financing?
We don’t handle financing in-house, but we can point you toward options that may work for your situation. Ask during your estimate and we’ll give you straight information.
