How does your pricing work?
Because we think you deserve to know what you’re getting into before we come out. We come out, walk your bathroom, and give you a straight number on the spot. No ballpark. No bait-and-switch. That number is your final price.
What goes into my quote?
In most cases, yes. The tiers are based on standard scope and square footage. If your project has unique conditions — non-standard plumbing locations, unusual dimensions, structural issues — we’ll discuss those specifically during your consultation. No surprises.
What’s NOT included in the price?
Our pricing covers the core installation scope. Permit fees (where required), structural modifications beyond standard bathroom framing, plumbing rerouting beyond standard hookups, and electrical work outside the bathroom scope are discussed and quoted separately if applicable — always upfront, never after the fact.
How long does a typical installation take?
Most tub-to-shower conversions and bathtub renovations are completed in 1–3 days. Full remodel scope depends on complexity. We give you a realistic timeline during your estimate and we stick to it.
Do you offer financing?
We don’t handle financing in-house, but we can point you toward options that may work for your situation. Ask during your estimate and we’ll give you straight information.
