These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Colorado Bath website at coloradobath.com and any services provided by Colorado Bath LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Colorado Bath LLC provides residential bathroom remodeling services in the Denver metro area, including tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in shower installations, and related bathroom renovations. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.
Consultations
Scheduling a consultation does not constitute a binding contract. A written installation agreement, signed by both parties, is required before any work begins. All pricing discussed during a consultation is subject to final written agreement.
Communications Consent
By submitting a contact form or calling Colorado Bath LLC, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages and emails related to your inquiry, including consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications. No mobile information or SMS consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Payments
Our standard payment structure is 50% deposit at signing, 25% progress payment after demolition, and 25% final balance upon completion. All payments are due per the signed installation agreement. We accept check, ACH, and major credit cards.
Warranties
Colorado Bath LLC warrants all labor and installation workmanship. Product warranties are provided directly by the respective manufacturers (Onyx Collection, Samuel Mueller, Delta Faucet Company). Warranty terms are outlined in your installation agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Colorado Bath LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services beyond the value of the services contracted. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on coloradobath.com, including text, images, and design elements, is the property of Colorado Bath LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
